November 15 - Abstract submission deadline

January 20 - Student scholarship applications due

January 24 - Sponsor and exhibitor sign up deadline

January 24 - Early bird registration deadline

January 25 - Hotel reservation deadline

February 11 - Registration cancellation deadline

February 20 - Advanced registration deadline at noon
